They also supply Fire, Flood, Escape of Water and Accidental Damage Restoration to many of the UK's top insurance companies on behalf of their policyholders.

The Project

To effectively manage their commitment to Insurers, Rainbow required clear visibility of their branch network's work-in-progress to ensure that consistent processes and procedures were being adhered to. They wanted a centralised and scaleable web-based application that could be administered by their local branches across 100,000+ claims they manage each year, while at the same time supporting all the reporting needs of their insurance customers.

Leveraging their expertise in Microsoft .NET Internet portals, Adactus delivered a single system that supports the smooth handling of all insurance claims. The management team can now do what was not previously possible – gain access to information on claims quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
